It is quite understandable that one mom is pretty upset when she took her young, 12-year-old daughter to a Hilary Duff concert. But instead of there being a CD in the goodie bag (like the girl wanted), there was condoms, an adult catalog, and some suntan oil with pictures of marijuana leaves on the front. See the video here.
